Project Brief
I designed this scenario for chat/phone agents who worked in an Online Travel Agency. The client required the agents to use their soft skills while dealing with customers using the new chat tool. I got inspired to create the video after I had a personal interaction with a bot while making some hotel reservations myself.
This video was one of the components of a group discussion activity, which I have not included here.
