Rates and Disputes Training Map

Project Brief

I designed this training map as part of a course for a railway client. The client needed to train Rate Dispute Representatives—who are in charge of handling disputes related to rates for intermodal and freight—on the correct application and adjustments of prices to shipments and handling of billing disputes with their customers and other railroad companies.

I created this training map to organize and present the sequence of the modules, lessons, activities, assessments, and qualification period for the course. This poster-sized format served as a visual roadmap of the participants’ learning path to show their progression during the course.

My Role

I was the lead instructional designer. I used stock illustrations for the background and worked with a graphic artist to produce the final product.
